Overview

This Delivery and Return Policy describes how Beauténova ("we", "our", or "us") handles order processing, shipping, delivery timelines, customs, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website (the "Services").

By placing an order or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65 USD.
For orders below this threshold, applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or on the product page.

Orders are shipped via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, YANWEN, and others. Carrier selection is not currently available at checkout.
For U.S. orders shipped via YANWEN, final delivery is handled by USPS or ONTRAC.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

To cancel or modify an order, contact support@beautenova.com immediately. Requests made after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately from different warehouses.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

Import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply depending on your shipping destination. These are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

The buyer or recipient is solely responsible for any applicable charges and for ensuring compliance with local customs regulations.

We are not liable for delays, returns, or disposal due to unpaid customs fees. Please check with your local customs authority prior to ordering if you have questions.

5. Delivery Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing

  • Errors or delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Once the order has left our facility, liability for delays transfers to the carrier.

6. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, and manuals are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

To initiate a return, contact support@beautenova.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, malfunctioning, or physically damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt

  • Provide your order number, product details, and photo/video evidence

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund upon confirmation, based on stock availability.

8. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, color, or model

  • The product is defective or incomplete (e.g., missing accessories)

If the desired replacement is out of stock, we may offer an equivalent product, refund, or store credit.
Voluntary exchanges (e.g., change of mind) require returning the original item first.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used skincare or beauty devices

  • Unsealed personal care items

  • Digital or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

10. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional time to process the refund.
